Titan Aviation Fuels is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Atlas FBO Software team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers using our cloud-based point-of-sale system. You’ll provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and ensure every client has a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with POS systems, software and related hardware.
  • Guide customers through system features and best practices to maximize experience.
  • Document, track, and resolve issues using Zendesk and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Jira to ensure customer issues are handled effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and problem-solving.
  • General computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting POS systems or other cloud-based software.
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role (1+ years preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Aviation industry knowledge is a bonus
  • Previous use of support tools like Zendesk, Jira or similar.

Software Implementation Assistant

We are seeking an organized and motivated Software Implementation Assistant to support our team with rolling out new internal software. You’ll work with customers, internal departments, and software consultants to help ensure a smooth implementation process from planning through post-deployment support. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to join a fast-paced team in the aviation industry.

  • Eagerness to learn both our existing software and the new platforms to ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist customers as they transition into the new software
  • Help test and validate system configurations to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare training materials and status updates
  • Provide support to colleagues learning the new software
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of software rollouts
  • Analytical thinker with a natural aptitude for technology
  • Associates degree or higher with experience in information technology, finance/accounting, wholesale distribution, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to meet strict implementation deadlines in a fast-paced environment

TITAN enters fuel purchase amount (in gallons) into TITAN’s Carbon Offsets enrollment page 

Carbon Offsets are retired on behalf of your Flight Department and an email confirmation and Certificate of Sustainability is sent for your records

What Documentation is Provided?

Your purchase of Carbon Offsets are confirmed with an email that includes details of the transaction and a Certificate of Sustainability.
