Transform Your Training From A Requirement To A Competitive Advantage

In aviation fuel operations, safety and compliance are inseparable from performance. TITAN University is designed not just to deliver training, but to strengthen how your operation runs day to day. With the right training system in place, you can:

Choose the Right Fuel Quality Training Path

Select the learning path that matches each employee’s responsibilities, level of independence, and FAR 139.321 certification requirements.

Fuel Quality Control Training Program — Basic

Designed for fueling personnel who work under close supervision and primarily perform aircraft fueling tasks. This foundational path covers essential fuel quality, safety, contamination prevention, and fueling practices.

Fuel Quality Control Training Program — Advanced

Designed for line personnel who work independently and perform the full scope of fueling operations at an FBO. This path includes all Basic training and expands into tank farm operations, vehicle loading and maintenance, fueling equipment, record keeping, fuel receipt, human factors, incident reporting, and DEF/FSII procedures.

Fuel Quality Control Training Program — FAR 139.321 Line Service

Designed for line service personnel at airports where FAR 139.321 compliance is required. This path provides comprehensive fuel quality and operational training together with specific instruction addressing FAR 139.321 responsibilities and compliance requirements. Successful completion provides a FAR 139.321 certificate valid for 1 year.

Fuel Quality Control Training Program — FAR 139.321 Supervisor

Designed for supervisory personnel responsible for fuel quality operations at airports where FAR 139.321 compliance is required. This path includes the operational and FAR 139.321 content provided to line service personnel, plus additional instruction in leadership, supervision, accountability, and training on-site personnel. Successful completion provides a supervisor certificate valid for 2 years and prepares qualified supervisors to train personnel for FAR 139.321 compliance.
